We understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as expected. Whether it’s a sizing issue, a change of mind, or something else, we’re here to make the process of returning items as smooth as possible.

This policy outlines how returns and refunds work at Rentriee. We’ve kept it simple, clear, and respectful of your time.

Returning an Item

If you’d like to return something you purchased from us, please let us know within seven days of receiving your order. You can reach us at contact@rentriee.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’re returning the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition
  • Packed with original tags and packaging
  • Free from any alterations or damage

We may ask for a photo of the item to help us understand the situation better. Once we receive your request, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items marked as final sale or custom-made pieces unless there is a clear issue with the product itself.

Refunds

Once your returned item reaches us and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few days for the amount to reflect in your account.

We’ll notify you by email once your refund has been initiated. If the item doesn’t meet the return criteria, we’ll let you know and discuss possible alternatives.

Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’re happy to help. Just mention it in your return request, and we’ll check availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or suggest similar options.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a defect or isn’t what you expected, please contact us within three days of receiving it. Include photos and a description so we can resolve it quickly. We’ll cover the return shipping in such cases and make things right.

When you submit a return or refund request, we may collect personal details such as your name, contact information, and order history. This information is used solely to process your request and improve our service.

As a business operating in Singapore, we comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) . Your data is handled with transparency and stored securely. You may request access to your data or ask for corrections at any time.
